Established in 2009 The Lash Boutique was opened by owner/hairstylist Joyce Lollar who had a niche for lashes and always dreamed of being a boutique owner.  It vastly became Akron’s Premier Virgin Hair supplier after a trip Joyce took to the  2011  Bronner Bro Hair show in Atlanta where she purchased 2 bundles of hair. Through the use of social media Joyce created a following that fell in love with her authentic personality and passion for  the cosmetology industry. With over 15 years experience in the business Joyce has solidified herself as an expert and go to stylist.  Lending her knowledge through classes and public speaking Joyce is determined to empower and inspire other women to create their own lane and venture into entrepreneurship in the beauty industry. Her motto is if you can DREAM IT, you can ACHIEVE IT!
